I should've seen it coming - lived with her for a year, it was like pulling teeth to get her to clean up after herself. She's passive aggressive and doesn't tell people important things.

So "Dumb-ass" and I were going to live together anyway - besides her stupidity, we get along well. I went above and beyond to set up apartment visits with landlords and accomodate her preferences and price range that she originally told me. She did say she wanted to stay with me--- she doesn't show up to any visits and does not even help to look for apartments.

Alas! DA turns around weeks later and says she wants out. Which is fine, but you should've said something sooner. AND DA didn't apologize or acknowledge that she did anything wrong. When I expressed my concern, it was like she was a brick wall, she showed no emotion and didn't say anything afterward. ARE YOU DUMB? I was sincerely trying to work things out - I wasn't yelling and I believe I was holding back.

She's an ass. Does this stuff all the time. She made plans to travel, but couldn't muster up the courage to tell her boss...I don't know if she has. Lack of assertion? How do you go about life without these sorts of people skills? She never says please or thank you...always leaves me to be the dependable one. I'm like a mother to her sometimes. She 'just doesn't get it'. And the few times I've expressed my feelings (even saying how it's starting to hurt our friendship), she doesn't change. Maybe the DA doesn't want to.

After the incident (this has been the worst she's done), she invited me to get together and acted as if nothing happened. Like she didn't need to apologize. Who raised you? Thing is, I see this girl a lot - we have mutual friends...that's how our friendship started. I can't trust the b***h anymore. I'm holding a grudge I know -- but since we have the same circle of friends, I can't dump her.

How do you deal with this kind of idiot?
